Over the past decade, the team at Reach Capital has invested in more than 100 companies building innovative tools across learning, health, and work. Our success — millions of people impacted and many successful exits, with many more in the pipeline — demonstrates that the best solutions can deliver social and financial returns hand-in-hand.

Many opportunities remain in these massive industries, and we believe that working closely with operators and founders who share our values can help us spot and support those who are building a future we are excited about.

Reach launched the Roadrunners program in 2021 and there are now over 100 Roadrunners across three cohorts representing a range of companies, including Chegg, Guild, Calm, BetterUp, Airbyte, Solv Health, and more. Many Roadrunners have also founded and built their startups during the program, including Brisk Teaching, Diffit, Kindred Minds, Plurawl, and many others that are still in stealth.

Over the last few years, we’ve learned a lot about what leads to a successful community and, as a result, we’re making a few changes for the next cohort:

1. Our Roadrunners really value in-person connection, so we are launching the next cohort only for those who currently reside in NYC or SF / Bay Area where we will plan for more in-person activities.
2. There is also a desire to be more thematically concentrated, so we will focus this cohort on founders, operators, and practitioners working either in health care or the future of work.

Beep Beep: Announcing Reach Roadrunners Cohort 3

Why should I join?

• Community: access a community of world-class operators and founders who are excited about diving into and investing in companies tackling big societal challenges;
• Inspiration: get exposure to and potentially support founders who are making an impact for people across the world;
• High-quality content and mentorship: bi-monthly, live online content on topics like how to angel invest, how to evaluate companies, and deep dives into relevant trends.

What is the commitment?

• 12-month commitment, with most of the programming content front-loaded in the first 6 months
• In-person kick off dinner in NYC and SF (participants choose depending on where they are based)
• 60-90 minute virtual events every other month
